Foods don't give you a six pack, exercise does. If the proportion of calories you consume is less than what you burn, the fat disappears and reveal definition. Thats all the six pack is really. You don't really need to up your protein intake that much when working out! and to the person at the top, red meat is not healthy to be advising people to eat that more and more. Consuming more than 80 gms of red meat a day was proven to contribute significantly to bowel cancer in some scientific studies. if you have to consume meat, take white meat, fish etc!
