What makes you lose weight?!?!


Question: What makes you lose weight!?!!?
I been reading lots of posts here and also just by googling it,and they say how if you drink ice cold water that is suppose to help you lose weight,since it makes you metabolism work faster or something!?!
But today on aol!.com they had a thing how hot food suppose to help u lose weight,by tricking ur body or something!?! (i didnt read the article,i was ina hurry for my class)!.!.!.
So which is true or which makes more sence!?!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eating smaller portions and moving more!. By moving I mean, try walking non stop for 30 minutes every day!. Drink more water, any temp!.
And cut out late night fattening snacks!. Eat lots for fruits!. Strawberries, apples, oranges, kiwi, plums, cherries, blueberries, peaches, bananas, pineapple!. And just eat less!. WALK!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are no real ways to trick your body into loosing weight like many naive people want to believe!. It's a nice thought though!. The only true way is to take care of your body eat right for your, get enough or a moderate amount of exorcise and don't take in more food or calories than your body can burn in a day, try to take in less, but don't go overboard, and always drink plenty of fluids!. That's it!. That's the big secret that nobody can seem to figure out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
