I'm a dancer and I was wondering what the best machines @ the gym and classes would be best to keep in shape and gain more muscle tone??

a universal cable machine can do wonders for your upper body, they get your upper arm (triceps and biceps) and then you can work your back and chest. To work the butt and legs I recommend the leg press, it will firm the butt and build your thighs, then just push out with your toes and it will get your calves. Just remember, low weight, high reps, to tone yourself.
