Answers:
drink a lot of water, a gallon a day at least!. Eat chicken, streak, fish, at least 1 gram of protein per pound of lean body mass, shoot for 1!.5 g/lbs!. You need 2-3 g of carbs/lbs of lean body mass, this can be obtained by eating pasta and my favorite oatmeal!. Spread your meals out!. Try and eat every 2 hours, enough at each meal so that you get the above goals by the end of the day!. As far as supplements, being 14 I think the protein powder is enough!. Be sure it is a quality whey protein, like optimum 100% gold standandard whey, you don't want to by junk protein that you get at wal-mart, if you do that you might as well get nothing at all!. You may want to get a multivitamin too, something simple to be sure you get all the vitamins and minerals you need!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard!. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her (100% natural)!. I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too!. It's really a colon cleanse, and it's a healthy way to detox, not like most diet pills!. Check their website at
