Lower abs??

my upper abs and obliques are great, and i can feel the muscle of my lower abs, but there is this pouch of fat that i cant seem to get off. what are exersices to work this muscle/get this fat off?

Answers:

there are several exercises for the lower abs. Do reverse crunches. Lie on your back and hold onto something behind your head. Curl up so that your knees touch your chest. Try to do the same amount as your normal crunches. Lie on your back and do the six inch exercise. Raise your legs up to perpendicular and then lower and hold at 6 inches off the floor. Do bicycles. Raise your legs off the floor and with your hands near your ears, but not holding onto your neck or head bring the knee to the opposite elbow by raising your shoulders off the floor and twisting while raising the knee. Hook your feet under a chair or sofa with your rear end about 12 inches from your feet sit up so that your body is about 45 degrees off the floor. Hold that stationary position for 25 seconds. These things will work the lower abs.
