Do you think I'd lose weight this way?!


Question: Do you think I'd lose weight this way!?
I need a really inexpensive way to lose weight!. I rarely have time to exercise, but I have a Cardio Twister that I can work on for about 20minutes a day!. This was my idea:

Breakfast:
a bowl of Special K with 2% milk
OR low fat yogurt and some fresh fruit

Lunch:
a tuna sandwich on whole wheat bread
OR peanut butter on " " bread
(OR possibly a salad!?)

Snack:
carrot sticks, veggies

Dinner:
a serving of angel hair pasta w/ garlic butter and maybe some cheese!?
OR baked meat with a salad
(OR another bowl of Special K)


I'm about 5'6 and 173lbs, after 2 kids I've gained like 30lbs that I don't want or need! I thought of ramen noodles but they're supposed to be bad for you, so how about just plain pasta with a little bit of butter and parmesan cheese!? I will alternate with these for awhile, this is not a long-term thing, I just want to know if anyone thinks I'd lose weight!.!.!. because I'm going on a trip and I don't want to be ashamed to wear a swimsuitWww@Answer-Health@Com

One thing that I see is the multivitamins!. They always increased my appetite, so maybe you should lay off of those, or you may find yourself hungry when you go to bed!.!.!.and that's not good!.

Looks like a good start on the diet menu, but I gotta' tell ya', I knew somebody several years ago that was quite heavy (275), then we lost contact for a couple of years, and when we met again, I was shocked to see that he was skinny (160)!. He told me he ate the same stuff he always ate, but spent most of his spare time exercising on the machines, rearranging the furniture over and over (even moving it and then putting it back into the previous spot), moving boxes around in the closet, constantly walking!.!.!.just burning a lot of calories!. Call it a crazy exercise program, but there he was!.!.!.skinny!.
