Question: Why is drinking water 'with ice' in it, supposed to be better for us !?!?
Answers:
If you simply want to know if your body burns calories warming up the water, the answer is yes!.

Let's say you adhere to the "eight 8-ounce glasses of water a day" nutritional recommendation!. In 64 ounces of water, there are 1,892!.72 grams!. So to warm up all that water in the course of a day, your body burns 70 Calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have read that drinking room temperature water is better for you because your body is able to use it more efficiently and faster!. Cold water needs to be warmed up to body temperature before your body can use it for anything!. Drinking ice water does burn more calories, however!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I thought ice was just supposed to make it colder!?
All it is is frozen water, so when it melts it just turns into more water!
So, i don't actually know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it is the same as water is h20, whether it is in the solid or liquid state does'nt make a difference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
