Is it bad to lift weights when you are 15 years old?

hi, i am a 15 year old male, and i lift as much weight as i can atleast 3 times a week. i weigh 170 lbs and am 6 feet tall. i was wondering if this is bad for my body?


Answers:

No, weightlifting is very beneficial for your body. (It does not stunt your growth, etc.)

As long as you use proper reps and weights, basically if you're not injuring yourself by your routine, then you're fine.
