Good breakfast?!


Question: Good breakfast!?
-Scrammbled eggs (two eggs cooked on pan with butter)
-Glass of orange juice with lots of pulp
-Cup of green tea with no sugar or milk but with tablespoon of honey added
-Red Apple


Is this a good healthy non fatning breakfast!?
If not please give me ideas for a healthy breakfast

It's not a bad breakfast, although it could be improved easily!.

Cook the eggs with nonstick cooking spray (butter flavor) OR with coating the pan in a healthy oil, like olive, peanut, or canola oil!. It looks like the eggs are your main source of protein here, so I would keep them in here!. Each egg has about 4-5 grams of fat, however, this fat is important; you need fat somewhere in order to have a balanced meal, especially if you use nonfat cooking spray instead of oil to coat the pan!.

Another easy improvement would be to add a source of whole grain, such as a slice whole wheat toast!. Better yet, maybe you can throw the eggs on a whole wheat pita or tortilla!.

Fry up some veggies with the egg (using a small amount of healthy oil or nonfat cooking spray!) and you will have the perfect healthy breakfast!. I recommend peppers and onions so you can put them on your breakfast burrito or pita!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well sometimes it's not what you eat but how much!. So maybe instead of having a glass of orange juice which is high in sugar just have you tea with honey which is fine!. Also a red apple is a very good choice, like any piece of fruit!. It is filling and gives you nutrients you need and also doesn't give you a sugar high but keeps you energized until you eat again!. Two eggs is also a good choice because they have protein in them which your body needs but no sugar and barely any fat!. Just make sure that your cooking it in low fat butter!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Actually that is very healthy!. The apple is a good touch!. The only thing I'd say is try to use a non stick spray to get the eggs not to stick to the pa in stead of butter!. That would make things better!. Also, adding things into your eggs wouldn't help!. you could do that if you want!. i know i like green bell peppers in mine =] But defiantly you've got the right idea!. This is quite good!. to make it better - lose the butter from the eggs and start with the apple!. the reason for this is that the eggs will take longer to break down in your digestion and so you want to get the fruit out of the way first so it doesn't sit in your stomach rotting waiting for a clear way (so to speak)!.

Other great breakfasts for you would be porridge - great for fat burning and keeps you full till lunchtime!. Sprinkle some nuts and berries on top and they are great for your skin and nails and hair also!. Hope this helps!. here are a couple more ideas for how to start your day well!.

My favorite breakfast is a fruit smoothie first thing in the morning and consists of:

!. 2-3 free range raw eggs

!. a banana

!. frozen berries (raspberries, blueberries, and boysenberries)

!. and a big scoop of plain yogurt!.

Sounds pretty good to me except lose the butter, I'll tell you what I eat but your probably not going to like it!. Oats, every morning I eat oats with cinnamon, which is good for you and honey, I don't consume much sugar!. Sometimes I eat a few almonds or some kind of fruit with it, and I drink a glass of Pomegranate juice it comes in different flavors!.!.!.don't knock this my cholesterol was way out of hand, now it is perfectWww@Answer-Health@Com

It is a overall healthy breakfast!. A couple of things to make it less fatty is to make is with 3 or 4 egg whites only!. Each yoke has around 5g of fat!. The glass of orange juice is good but empty calories!. It would be better and more filling to eat a orange!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the only thing I would add would be some complex carbs like whole oatmeal!. this way you have some slow burning carbs that will complement the simple sugars in the fruits!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's a great well-balanced breakfast!. The only thing I would change is to use a non-stick cooking spray when cooking your eggs!. You don't need the added cholesterol!. Have a slice of whole wheat bread to go with your eggies :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
