Question: What do you do daily to keep your diet in order and to stay in shape!?
I have the entire summer off of work!. I need to get in shape and pull myself together!. I'm possibly planning to have a baby in the near future and I want to get in better shape!. I'm planning to going Weight Watchers soon, but I'm also looking for every day simple things I can do to get in shape!. Tell me your fitness secrets!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am also a member with weight watchers, i have tried every diet and weight watchers is the one for me!

In between attending my weeky weigh ins a t W!.W i also do aqua fit classes which are great fun and are a really good work out to

Why not try dancing such a fun way to keep in shape and you have so many choices belly dancing, street dancing, salsa, ballroom and the list goes on!

Whenever i am nibbleish io have apricots which are a great snack and so are raisins (also really low in points)

I also swear by green tea, does not matter which brand you use just make sure it is pure green tea

Green tea helps to burn calolries and also gets rid of all of those nasty toxins, try drinking 2 cups a day i have one in the morining and one in the evening

And last but not least Grapefruit juice, Drink this 10 minutes before you have breakfast, lunch dinner, it speeds up the metabolism, the best time to have it is probabnly morning time though

eat healthy!. consume a little more protein (meat) than usual!. Work out helps but being in shape is about your body fat percentage!. Eating healthy is the main thing, then work out!. Two strengths when combined, result in that figure your looking for!. When you work out don't do the same routine work out everyday!. alternate between 3 days and do different things each of the three days!. like Monday do crunches, Tuesday sit ups, Wednesday go for a run!. then Thursday go back to crunches!. You can do more than one thing a day certainly but don't do the exact same workout everyday!. Your body gets use to it!. Mix things up!. Eat a healthy breakfast!. Eggs, bacon, milk, orange juice!. that sort of thing!. Just combine eating healthy with work out and you should see results in the first few days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had to train myself to like things i normally wouldnt!. I still have a soda or candy or any other junk when i want it, but i've gotten so used to eating fruit and snacking or veggies that I rarely crave them when i have them!. And when i do have them, I cant finish it all!. I drink lots of water!. By the time you've had nothing but water for 2-3 days, your mind starts to become accustomed to it and you feel almost icky when you drink something unncessary and sugary!. Just remember that as long as you work out and stay focused on your goal, you will have no problems!. Plus water not only makes you feel more full so you eat less, it also does great things for hair, skin and nails!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need to eat the same calories you eat everyday if you are having 1200 calories stick to them and stay active and drink water if you exceed your calories with eating staff like junk food you will probably gain weight so just maintain that calorie intake daily and never go beyond it!. one thing is that when you consume the same foods or amountse of food everyday you dont gain weight despite what food it is even fattening food the thing is your body gets used to your eating habits and your weight stays the same and you dont gain weight so if you stick to the same healthy diet and exercise you wont gain weight good luck hey keep up the staying in shape!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Buy ankle weights, wear them around the house, this will help build your leg muscles ans burn extra calories as you do work around the house (cooking,cleaning,laundry,etc)
On nice days, go for a walk!.!.!.
take up swimming!.
Yard work is great for staying in shape and building muscle (raking,gardening,mowing the lawn,shoveling,etc)Www@Answer-Health@Com

no diet, what is needed is life style change, i exercise on an elliptical 30 minutes a day five days a week and lift weights 2 to 3 times a week and have gone from a size 52 to a size 38 in less than two years!. if i can do it so can you, but you have to want it, no one can do it for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink only water, stretch in the morning, no high sugar/salt snacks, eat more often with smaller portions, when you starve yourself you slow your metabolism when eating small meals frequently you speed up your meatabolism!. park your car further away when you go out to walk further distances!. Go for walks/jogs every day!. Workout a minimum of 3X week for 45 mins each!. Get plenty of rest!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well this summer I am going for a two mile walk every morning, and also eating normal meals, but cutting back on greasy foods, salty foods, and sugary foods, and eating smaller portions!. Also, drink lots of water!. It fills you up but has no calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I eat the same breakfast and lunch almost every day - no room for temptation or errors!. Kashi Go Lean cereal with sliced strawberried, frozen blueberries and soy milke for breakfast, yogurt and a Kashi bar for lunch!. Then a normal dinner with lots of veggies!. For snacks I have an apple or popcorn!. I also ride my bike for an hour every day!. Lost 60 lb and have kept it off for 2 years!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the caalorie counter is always going!.take the stairs!. insytead of seeing a movie go dancing, go for a walk, bike ride, stay away from those sweet summer drinks at starbucks

i try to not eat processed sugars, and if you plan on being very active like me then stock up on the carbs and starches like potatos and rice, if you crave sugar try to eat something like a peach they are sweet and the kind of sugar found in fruit is better for youWww@Answer-Health@Com
