Question: How can I starve myself If I love food!?!?!?
OK so Ive thought about starving myself but I have a problem with doing it!. I LOVE FOOD!. Could someone please give me some tips so that I can overcome my love for food!. I no this Question sounds dumb but Im realy serious about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I can help!. I have the love of food too!. I realized that I was addicted to certain foods and that is what you need to break!.!.!. the addiction!.

I always recommend doing the "Skinny ***** Diet"!.
The short version is this:
No meat, no cheese, no soda

Now how are you supposed to eat!?
First you are going to have to trick your body which means following this very strictly for the first week (at least)!.

Breakfast - fruit!.!.!. nothing else!. Your body takes a while to digest fruit and it should be eaten alone

Lunch - salad!.!.!. I know!.!.!. I hate salad too but it is lunch which is much easier to control then dinner!. Also no meat or cheese or cream based dressings!. Only greens and veggies and nuts!.

Dinner - no meat or cheese!. What does this leave you with!? Italian - pasta marina, mexican - veggie fajitas, chinese - veggie lo mein, america - boca crumble sloppy joes

You need to trick your body into being addicted to veggies and whole grains instead of cheeses and meats!. It is tough but trust me you can do it!. I did!.

You can't starve yourself in order to lose weight, that can lead to serious problems!. In reality weight loss would only be short term plus prolonged starvation would lead to organ failure and eventually your body shutting down which means death!. Start out by eating good sized portions!. When you make a meal, only eat half of whats on your plate!. Try to eat about 1500 - 2000 calories a day and include exercise every other day!.

Simple things help a lot for example;
- drink only water, cut out soda etc
- take the stairs instead of the elevator
- park farther away from your destination and walk to it rather than finding a close spot

Also, if you cant cut out junk food, try 100 calorie snack packs!. Have one or two a day as a snack in between meals!. Weight loss actually occurs more if you eat balanced meals with snacks, starving yourself will give you results short term and you'll put the weight right back on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Starving yourself is not the answer!. Learning to eat the right thing and changing how and when you eat is what you need to do!.

If you eat 3 sensible meals a day (no fast food) and 2 small snacks like an apple, cup of yogurt, etc!. a day!. This is a good way to eat that keeps your body working at its optimum level!. Junk food is out!. If you like chips get the backed chips or even pringles!.

Starving disrupts your body and eventually it will start to feed off of itself!. It will mess up your skin, your menstrual cycle, your sleep cycle and just about everything you can think of!.

Be sure to drink at least 8 cups of water a day too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Starving your self is not a good idea even if you are serious, the effects that this does to your body are not good!. Why would you want to if you love food!? are you trying to lose weight!?, i recommend eating healthier and exercising!. There are always better options and results if you do it the right way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you starve yourself you'll put on weight later on!. That's why they always say to eat small meals (not baby food sized) but snacks and meals throughout the whole day (about 6)!. DON'T STARVE -- i'll put it this way!.!. IF YOU EAT RIGHT and OFTEN you'll lose weight WITH EXERCISE!. :) Enjoy!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Starving yourself is not a good idea!.!.!.in fact you can actually gain weight by messing around with your metabolism!. Try eating half of what you usually eat for week and see if it helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Few things!. Do not starve yourself!!! That's very unhealthy!. But if you wanna loose weight, eat healthy stuff, but don't overdo it!!
