How many calories.......?!


Question: How many calories!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!?
I have been riding my bike at a moderate pace about 10 miles a day!. I was wondering how many calories I am burning!? I am 14 and weigh about 125 (5'10!.5" tall) and I am already pretty active but am curious about the calories!. Also, do you think that is alot to weigh for my age and height!? This is only for bike riding for an hours time, or calories per hour of activity!. If you rode less or more you can simply use your 8th grade math and find out how much you burned :-)

Going at a Light pace for an hour burns about 354 calories for someone who weighs 130 (close enough to your weight)

A moderate pace which is what you probably did burns 472 calories!.
This chart is awesome! It takes forever to burn off that cheeseburger of 800 calories! Looks like I'll be riding my bike all day today lol!.

You seem thin for your height but keep on exercising, and doing things you enjoy!. You don't have to really worry about how many calories your burning just aim for an hour of any activity a day!. It's good for everyone!.
