Question: Which diet is the best!?
which diet helps me lose weight easily, but also changes my lifestyle!. i dont want to just have it temporary but i really want to change!. if there is a good diet, is there an eating plan, or something!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Keep track of your calories!. You can eat anything you want, you just you have to watch how much of it you eat!. Eat less calories than you burn, and you'll lose weight!. Once you've lost the weight, you can up your calories to the same amount that you burn daily, and your weight will stay the same!.

It's so simple, there's no bothering with carbs and sugars and meal sizes and fruit and exersizing and everything else that makes dieting evil and annoying!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try weight watchers!. You don't lose weight super fast, but it really really really works!. And its viable to stick with for a long period of time, meaning that the program doesn't stop you from eating anything in particular; Its all about portioning your foods instead of depriving you of foods!. After a few weeks of using WW, it becomes second nature (its sort of hard in the beginning)!. You will probably only lose 1-3 pounds a week, but this a healthy, stable way to do it!.

Make sure you eat lots of protein, exercise more, eat lots of fruits and vegetables, and drink lots of water!. You can do it as long as you stick with whatever you decide to try!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're contradicting yourself!. If you want some crash diet, that will drop weight quickly, only to regain, that is one choice!. A healthy life style change will take longer, but the weight loss will be permanent, as long as you follow the healthy lifestyle!. They are 2 different things!.

My best advice is to go for the lifestyle change!. You will be a healthier person, and not damage your metabolism!. The way to go about this is to cut out all the junk food and fast food, and begin to eat a well-balanced diet!. Your diet should contain all parts of the food groups!. The food pyramid is a healthy guide to what you should eat each day!. Fresh fruit, vegetables, lean meats, legumes, low fat dairy, and whole grains will nourish your body and support a healthy weight!.

The best diet is one you can stick to!.

Sounds like a joke answer but that's really true!. Don't just do some "diet" that you find in a book or magazine (or website) - do one that you feel you can stick to!. Stay away from fad diets like "no carbs", "all carbs", "all brown rice" etc!. Just keep track of what you eat, read the labels and try to cut out anything that has more than 30% fat!.

Eat 4-5 small, healthy meals per day and spread them out!. Eat a good breakfast, healthy lunch, small healthy snack, balanced dinner and maybe one more small snack at some point!. Get lots of exercise and lots of rest and let your body get used to the new routine!. Drink lots of water and every week try to find something else you can add or subtract to be healthier - i!.e!. cut out soda one week, switch to skim milk the next week, add in a new exercise the next week etc!.

Don't think of it as a "diet", think of it as a lifestyle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
