Question about reverse crunch and crunch??

which part of the abs does reverse crunch target?and which part of the abs does crunch target?If i have a flat stomach, no fats, do i do reverse crunch and crunch each day and eventually i will get 6 pack? and wat is oblique? do i have to do oblique exercises also to get 6 pack?


Answers:

Their are three parts to the abs commonly reffered to as the upper and lower abs and also the obliques.

While no ab excercise can isolate a certain area of the abs they can hit one area harder then the other.

The reverse crunch hits your lower abs more effectively.
The standard crunch hits more of your upper abs.
Your obliques are the area most people refer to as ''Love handles'' they can be effectively targeted doing an obligue crunch( put your hands behind your neck like a standard crunch,crunch up then bring your right elbow to your left leg go back down the bring your left elbow to you left leg.

to get a desired 6 pack you should do all three for about 3 sets of 10-15 reps rest as long as you need to between sets.
