I need to make weight?!


Question: I need to make weight!?
i need to lose about 8-10 lbs to make weight for a jiu-jitsu competition on 6/28!.!.!. that's almost 2 weeks away!. can you give me some helpful hints for dieting for effective weight cutting!. what's best to eat, and what to stay away from (besides the obvious)Www@Answer-Health@Com

To Lose weight when you are muscular, eat a healthy diet and do not exercise strenuously!. Do moderate exercise and cut back on the calories!. A 500-700 calorie cut should be sufficient!. Too much exercise will actually cause weight gain since it builds muscle which is quite dense!. DO NOT DROP WATER!. Dehydration is very bad as we all know!. We all tend to fluctuate a couple pounds in water weight!. Stay away from the saunas, they don't cause real weight loss just water!.

Eat whole grain foods, cut back protein just a bit!. Protein builds and repairs muscle, you want enough for repair but not building!. Fat is the thing the body converts to bady fat most easily so cut that as much as is healthy!. Replace red meats with fish and poultry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no pop!. workout, a lot of situps!. eat 5 small meals aday instead of 2 big meals!. run for 1 hour a day!. this should drop u in 2 weeksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Do lots of crunches, and try to avoid pasta, bread, and soda!.
