New to weight lifting?

im 41, my question is should i work out 3 days in a row and rest the rest of the week, or should i work out every other day, any and all help will be appreciated


Answers:

It is better to have rest days between the workout days. Three times a week is quite adequate. Here is a sample workout:

Also, eat about 6 balanced meals per day and avoid greasy foods, alcohol, and candy.
