Good programs for gaining muscle?!


Question: Good programs for gaining muscle!?
I'm 18 years old, 5 10" and I only weigh 120 pounds!. I really need some good exercise programs!. Please let me know of your experiences and your results!. How long did it take you to gain muscle!? ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

just hit the gym daily and work different muscles every day!. (I!.E!. chest one day, back the next, biceps/triceps, legs, shoulders/abs) something along those lines so you work you're whole body!. try and eat a lot of high protein foods (tuna, chicken are the best) and you might want to invest in some protein powder to make shakes to have throughout the day!. the best that i have ever tried, and still use today, is made by met-rx!. its a simple whey protein!. chocolate was my favorite, but the strawberry isn't that bad either!. keep up this exercise routine, and keep the protein intake high, and in no time you will experience some changes!.
