Out of surgery, into shape?
I just finished my first year of college and kinda let myself go with all the fastfood/pot/etc and im trying to get back into shape and in better health.
I started exercising again for about a week until i had to get my appendix removed out of the blue and i want to start shapening up and eating better while im still recovering.
What kind of exersizes could i do to start toning/burning calories? And what is the best diet when i plan on preplanning all my meals? (high protein/lowcarb/lowfat/etc?)

Start by getting off the couch and watching TV. Take a short walk, sit down and read a book. Something that gets you motivated, like a Light cooking recipe book, and spend some time on perfecting your cooking abilities, while you recover.
