How do I keep myself motivated?!


Question: How do I keep myself motivated!?
I know that its common for people to go off an on diets but I really need to lose the weight !. What can keep me motivated to lose by the end of the summer!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just think of how your health will be improved, and how great you will look!. What I did was I brought a pair of really nice trousers one size too small, and gave myself a target to fit into them in a months time or something, and because of how much I really liked the trousers it made me want to lose the weight!. I find also that if you keep a food diary, it helps you monitor your diet and can help you figure out things that could be changed to improve your diet!. If you just keep going, you will get the results you deserve!. Trust me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

body for life is a 12wk!. fitness plan!. just looking at the before and after pictures on their website might get you motivated!.
I have the Body for Life book but the website has the exercise,cardio,and eating plan too!.

Paul McKenna is a psychologist and a hypnotist and the motivation videos which you can sign in and watch for free will motivate you !. i know it worked for me!.

Here's a quote from the one and only Michael Jordan about how he motivated himself after he didn't get on the high school team:

It was inspirational to me when I read it!. I have used that method a few times and it has worked!. So just picture yourself how you want to be in the future, and tell yourself that without the time, you won't get the results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get with a friend or family member and make it a competition!. Set a goal (always make sure your goal is reachable) in other words, set it for a short period of time!. i!.e!. I want to loose 10 lbs in 3 months!. That is a reachable goal, with a short time frame!. Never set a weight loss goal for over 6 months!. You will never do it!. If you have to set one for ever 2 weeks, I will loose 5 lbs in 3 weeks!. That way you are REALLY motivated!.
Join a gym with a friend so you have some support while working out!. Write down all your goals and post them somewhere that you will look at them everyday!. Good luck!

(p!.s!. for every 1 lb you have to burn off 3500 calories!. Don't stress about that number if you break it down into 5 days thats 700 calories a day!. Remember you burn calories but walking and standing up as well so you dont have to worry about working off 700 calories on the treadmill! :D)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just think how great you're look and feel! Think about going shopping and wearing bathing suits i know this sounds weird but this will motivate you to lose the weight since summers here and you want to go to the Beach and stuff and show off! Just remember to do it for yourself only and no one!. You have be your biggest fan!Www@Answer-Health@Com

set reasonable weekly goals for yourself, when your reach them, treat yourself to something nice!. and keep telling yourself "at the end of summer i am going to look so good in those jeans!"Www@Answer-Health@Com
