Question: Tiredness =/!?
Everytime when i come home from school i get tired and i neeed to excercise but sometimes i always skip excercising because i get too tiredd is their anything that will keep me going!?!? And can eatiing a little bit for breakfeast and lunch cause overeating!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe you overwork yourself and you don't get yourself enough rest or sleep to compensate your tiring day!.
Walking is a form of exercise, however; if you walk from a very far distance no wonder you get tired easily!.
Eating a little bit in breakfast and lunch is fine but you must counter it with something like less food in dinner or a bit of work out!.
Go to your personal doctor and have yourself a physical check up!. Some people who gets tired easily are those people who have low blood!.
What do you often do at school!? Trace your history and identify what causes your fatigues like school work, club activities or sports!.
Practice your body!. Even though you have troubles getting any exercise you should try to insert some effort!. You may want to have treadmills with you then while performing a simple task watch your favorite movie, eventually you won't notice that you're actually getting tired!. Perform an exercise with something you will enjoy so you won't feel tired and bored!.
Ask someone to warm up with you, this will also encourage you to practice better thinking that you have a competition in a different way!.
Don't compare yourself to other people, this will depreciate your guts to practice yourself!. Be more positive!.
Watch the food you're eating, there are some foods that weaken the heart and breathing such as oily and too much meat food!. Have a balance diet!.
Sleep well at night!. Sleep in a comfortable way!. A suggestive sleep position is sideways in a semi-letter "C" position!. Go for pillows!. According to studies an effective sleep is from 10:00pm to 06:00 am helping are bodies to be more relaxed and pumped up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
