Exercises for toning inner thighs?!
Question: Exercises for toning inner thighs!?
The rest of my thighs are pretty toned from swimming, but my inner thighs just won't get toned!. Are there any exercises that I can do to target this area!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

do the bicycle (i mean the laying down on the floor putting ur legs up one)
or (this is sorta wierd but) lay down, then push ur pelvis area up, and stay like that for as long as u possibly can

lye on side leg lifts!.!.
Lye down on your side and lift your leg!. Bring it down just above your other leg & hold for a second!.!.lift it up and repeat!. then lye on the other side and do the other leg!.
I recommend doing 50!.!.!.25 on each leg!.
Wide leg squats!.!.
Stand strait with your legs wide apart & your feet turned outward (you may want to hold onto something to keep balance) squat & hold for 2 sec then come up and repeat!.

do a squat, but instead of going straight up and down, take a step to a side, and squat down, then step to the other side while squating!.
Or, buy a dyna band, or some exercise tubing, tie it in a ring, put part around just above you knee and the other park around something sturdy, then pull your leg across in front of your other legWww@Answer-Health@Com

You can try doing squats!. You walk around doing your normal things around the house, but when you step, bring your back knee almost all the way to the ground!. Your front knee should automatically bend!. Want to make it hard!? Do that in a streamline position!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
