Using pushups to get ur chest bigger?
hi im 14 and i want my chest bigger and more muscular i was wondering what type of pushups and how many would do so?? could anyone out there give me a weekly routine of pushups to get me bigger? thanks

Standard push ups help, then feet raised keeping your back straight helps develop the upper chest, also try staggered hand, i.e 1 hand slightly above shoulder line and 1 slightly lower and alternate every 5 push ups. Try doing around 20 of each style every second day for 2 weeks building up till you can do about 50 of each type. Remember to give the muscle time to recover and up protein intake to help recovery and growth.
