What is the best exercise to lose weight faster!? swimming!? if so, how many laps a day!?

I would have to say running!. Although, any kind of exercise can help you lost weight!. The amount of dedication placed upon the exercise will determine how fast you lose the weight!. Now, don't forget about the healthy eating as well!. Exercising will use a lot of your body's energy, thus needing plentiful nutrients to be consumed! Along with lots of the good ole' H2O!. Haha!.

Just try to exercise for at least 30-45 minutes during an exercise period!. It is always good to workout at least 3-4 days during the week, more if you can put it in your schedule!. : )

Just put your mind in the zone and go for it! Losing weight also requires a positive mindset! Just keep that goal in your mind and achieve it! : )

Any exercise is the best if you will stick with it!. As far as purely what burns the most calories, running tends to depending on your intensity, but you can also burn almost as many if you walk on a treadmill but have the incline to 10% or higher!. Again, it just comes down to doing something you like doing so you will stick with it long term, and eating more healthily so you don't undo all your hard work exercising!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Swimming will actually work off the most fat and tone your body the best overall!. If you cant swim i first recommend you learn and second i think you should consider jogging!. Make sure when you work out you work out for at least 30 min!. You dont start burning fat untill right after that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

power walking and swimming is great, but remember to switch it up a bit, your body could become used to the excersize and not get as great of affect!. so just use a variety of cardio along with strength trainingWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, swimming, if youre already good at it, so you can go for awhile!. You not only burn calories while your swimming, but your metabolism has to work to keep you warm!. Also, it's non-impact, so low stress on your joints!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well swimming takes some time to get used to if you havent swam before, with that said RUNNING!. You WILL see the fastest results, it tones you and sheds weight off fast!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

swimming is great because 1 mile in the pool equals bout 5 miles running!.
