Can i lose like 15-20 pounds by august 20th?
im kind of chubby 5'8 and weigh 155 lbs i wanna be skinny for high school when i start what can i do? then later in the year im going to start weight training and get my weight up in muscle. is it possible to lose this weight by then? how please give me tips and ideas.. thanks

im 21, 5'5" and 130 and i wanna drop about 10-15 pounds by august 11th
here's wat im doing:
- eating 1200 calories (not a calorie more) consisting of lean turkey, lite bread, the sort .. and im breaking it down to 6-8 smalls meals
- im jogging for 20-60 minutes every day and i try to lift weights if i can
