Question: Can you PLEASE share your BEST lowfat/ fat free recipes with me!?
Fish recipes, chicken breast, soups, stews etc!. I am having a hard time sticking to my diet!. I leave for Jamaica in two months and I want to be swimsuit sexy!. Its my 4 month anniversary!. I have been attempting to steam fish and make chicken breast with veggies but they dont taste so great and it makes it hard!. PLEASE take a moment to give me your favorite recipes so that I can stick to this freakin diet!.!.!.PLEASE!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you have a hard time sticking to your diet, you should try excising more, and you can counteract that with tastier things!. To get yummy suggestions and exercises plans you should join sparkpeople!.com! The recipes are actually good, and its sensitive, not disgusting like fad diets!. But well my favorite dietetic meal it's a Asian tuna wrap, it's easy to make and tasty!. What I do is I get whole wheat tortillas (the big ones) and then inside that I put in tuna (in water not butter) chunks, lettuce, small pieces of tomatoes and Asian sesame light dressing from Kraft!. You may add other veggies you like, it's really good, fast, easy and it actually tastes like food, besides you can go creative on the veggies if you like!.

I really like ground turkey!. Not only is it low in fat, but it taste great!. I make burgers and everything you would normally put hamburger in!.!.I have stopped eating bread and cut my sugar intake and have lost 15 in 4 weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
