im 14 and i want better abs im thin and naturally have decent abs but i want more defined muscular abs can anyone give me a weekly routine to help me please

Old fashion rocky mountain situps baby! Not to mention, any exercise u do will help ur abs. Even correct posture! Just remember, though, not everyone has the body type to have defined abs, so if you are a thin type, u may not c the results u are lookin for. Like me, I run and I develop muscle mass like crazy, it just depends on your body type.
