Question: Are there any people here, who is NOT dieting!?
I'm so sick of everyone who's dieting bla bla bla!. Ok, I've been there, but seriously! Life's too short!.
Are there any non-dieters inhere, that just loves to eat!?

Oh my god I love food too! I've never been on a diet because I don't think its good for you and it seems like a complete waste of time! I'm 4 or 5 pounds over weight but I'm tall so I don't look unhealthy or anything!. Lifes too short to worry about how you look!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're in Diet and Fitness!. If you're sick of talking about a Diet, then you're in the wrong section!.

I suppose it's your definition of dieting as well!. I'm pretty sure the vast majority of people are on a "diet" and should be on a "diet"!. It doesn't mean you don't eat or that you're only eating protein or soemthing goofy like that, ti just means that most of the time you are calculating and eating what you're supposed to when you're supposed to and have a goal in mind!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't do diets!.

In highschool I was on the wrestling team, and everyone was talking this and that about making weight and having to diet!. Me!? I ate whatever I wanted and just wrestled the next weight class up!. I don't care if soy burgers are good for me, they taste awful!.

Actually, I take all of that back!. I am on a diet!. If you eat at all, it constitutes a diet!. My diet just happens to be the beer and McChicken diet!. And I wouldn't have it any other way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't diet and I love to eat!. But I watch my portions, make healthy meal choices, and work out 5 days a week!. It balances out the 1 or 2 days a week that I allow myself to pig out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't consider myself as a 'dieter,' and I enjoy eating!. BUT, at the same time, I almost always eat healthy foods that are good for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not dieting - I eat a lot! But to counteract the amount I like to eat I exercise for an hour a day!. It took a lot of work to lose 12 kg and I'm not going back!Www@Answer-Health@Com
