How can i slowly get myself into eating healthier...?!


Question: How can i slowly get myself into eating healthier!.!.!.!?
ok, well!. i eat a lot of junkfood like cheetos and snacks that you would buy at school!. and i often get sick or headaches cuz of that!. and i want that to stop!. so whenever i try, i get sick cuz i went into it to fast!. so how can i train myself to get more healthy so i wont get sick from converting it to fast!?

first thing is to drink a s#!& ton of water every day, like a gallon of water a day!. then what you can do to start eating better is getting more portion sized foods like when you go out, get a kids meal instead of a regular combo, Its not much but if you are just starting out, it can help you in the long run!.

I always say that eating healthier begins in your mind!.!.!. your willpower will either allow you to eat better or continue to eat junk!.
You've completed the first step in that you are thinking about how to eat better!.
Moderation!.!.!. meaning, choose healthier snacks in small amounts so that you aren't forcing yourself to eat them!. Fresh fruit, dried fruit, nuts etc are great snacks!. For your meals choose things that aren't necessarily fried, and try and eat in moderation things that are quite fattening!. If you go on www!.mypyramid!.gov, this will give you some direction on the types of foods that are beneficial to us!. And drink water!.!.!. 64oz, which can be 4 (16oz) bottles of water or 8 glasses spread throughout your day is good!.

just keep cutting down on the junk food!.!.!.
maybe instead of eating cheetos have some low fat popcorn or something
