Im not so sure wat this means: do 3 sets of 10-15 reps for crunches,reverse crunches and oblique crunches?
can someone explain it to me?

if you know can you recommend how many reps i SHOULD do for those exercises?
Answers:
It means to
1) do 15 crunches,
2) rest a while,
3) do another 15,
4) rest again
5) and then another 15 crunches.
Repeat for reverse crunches and oblique crunches.
