Well start out an exercise program gradually!. Join a gym and have a trainer start you out a program that's comfortable for you and gradually increase as you gain more energy and get used to exercising!.

I hate jogging
So for me to get skinny and lose weight, i used portion control!. And i really like dancing, so i did some of that in my spare time!. Its really easy to lose weight when you are much bigger than you are supposed to be!. I was never meant to get that fat, so i really didn't even have to try that hard to drop the first 50lbs!. Only took me 3 months :)
You can do it, just cut down on portions, and get up and move!. Maybe sit ups!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sorry to say this but dieting and jogging, or better yet running, is the only way!.

Stop eating too much food, cut out ALL junk food and get some running trainers because you won't lose weight waiting for a magic medicine for weight loss I'm afraid!.

Try walking everywhere, take the stairs not the lift, swim loads, replace all your food with low fat versions, get all your sleep, replace all your fizzy drinks with water and exercise every time you have nothing to do!.

I lost a lot of weight!. When I was a freshman in high school I was pushing 300 lbs!. I got down to as low as 185 over a couple years, and now I'm around 240!. Some of that weight is muscle weight gained from working out and being active!. I lost the weight about 7-8 years ago!.

I lost my weight by strict diet (low fat, and just enough to get rid of my hunger)!. I was very strict on my diet!.!.!. and I worked out!. I did pushups, leg lifts, situps!.!.!. when I got in shape enough, I jogged!. Until then, walk!. Take the long way!. Walk wherever you can instead of drive (when practical)!.

You must be committed, but you can do it!. You don't need a "plan"!. You just need to plan to do it, and do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best and safest way is to watch what you eat!. Eat lots of raw vegetables, watch your carb intake-don't cut out carbs because they are important!. Just limit them!. Don't eat anything with trans fat and eat very little saturated fat!. Look for items with the "good fat"!. Drink plenty of water daily and do get some exercise!. You don't have to jog or run!. You can walk, ride a bike, swim!. My personal favorite is the elliptical machine!. It is very easy on the knees, feet, and back for people who are overweight!. Cut your calories to 1300-1500 and eat lots of great protein and complex carbs, veggies and fruit!. Make sure you have enough iron, folic acid and b 12 or it will be harder for you to lose weight!.

Then you can start working out by doing short interval training (google to find out)!. Stretching will burn a lot of calories and make you feel like working out!.

There are three ways to loose weight!.
1- Food!.
2- Exercise!.
3- Pills!.
To be honest I'd say avoid the last one though!. Basically, what you're doing wrong is taking in more energy (eating) than you're using up (exercising)!. So you can pick, you've got to cut down on your fat intake (fast food, chocolate etc- you know the bad foods), do more excerise- it doesn't have to be jogging, you could take up a sport, use workout videos, even walking help (get a paper round!?) or both!. I recommend both!

Less Calories,more movement!. Don't start out jogging!.Start small!. Extend your legs, flex your ankles while watching t!.v!. Park a little further out and walk when running errands!.Window shop!. Walking the mall is good exercise and you'll beat the heat!. Increase activity as you lose weight and build stamina!. You can do it!. I'm a 57 yr old heart patient and I've lost 16 lbs in 2 mos!!!! Watch what you eat first and foremost!. If you cut down on the junk food that will firstly trim you down!. Try something else you like- I know swimming is excellent and weights are the best thing for weight loss!. If yo uenjoy the process of losing weight it will work better, it shouldn't be associated with apparent gruelling activities such as jogging!. Go to Costco, buy CHICKEN BREAST and grill it, buy stuff to make SALAD (oil and vinegar or lemon juice only), buy BROWN RICE or make BAKED SWEET POTATOS!. A case of WATER!. EGGS for breakfast!. Eat this on a regular basis!. Cut out all snacks that are unhealthy!. Eat NUTS and FRUITS, raw VEGGIES and take DAILY WALKS!. You will see a difference in yourself!. Watch less TV!. Food advertisements cause unnatural appetite!. Keep really busy doing stuff you enjoy so that you forget to eat!. Whatever you do, don't revolve your life around food!. Carry some soda water with you wherever you go and drink that instead of buying snacks!. Most of all ENJOY LIFE!.
And when you eat, sit down to a nice meal and ENJOY THE FOOD!. Don't eat unless you are focused on enjoying a meal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I suggest the zone diet it worked wonders on my dad!. Just go to a local book store and you can pick up tons of books on the subject!. Like zone meal recipes, and zone books!. All the stars are n this diet!. Plus there is no exercising involved but if you can you should cause it will help a little!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would suggest you cut down on your calorie intake and become more active you don't have to go running but go for a walk and gradually increase your activity!.
