Olive oil ....?!

hallo,
I know olive oil contains high calories for small amount (1 tablespoon is about 120 kcal)!. Do you think it helps to get fatter if i added genereously to food !? is it one of the product which i can rely at it to help me get fatter!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want to put on weight, you shouldnt rely just on the products that are known to put on weight!. They make you gain weight for a reason: they are unhealthy for you and stay with you!. If you want to gain weight, eat lots of carbs, preferably whole wheat!. And exercise, using weights, not much cardio!. The weights will help you build muscle mass rather than fat, thus getthing heavier!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Olive oil has healthy fats in it so it is good for your body/heart/etc!. But fat is fat so if you eat a lot of it, you will gain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
