im the kind of person who can eat and eat junk without putting on weight but i know if i contiune it will have some horrible affects when im older how can i change my diet and what vitemins should i be taking to keep my hair and skin healthyWww@Answer-Health@Com

what you need to do is make sure you don't eat too much of one food than the others, and just try to balance it out!. Eating too many fatty and greasy foods will make you put on weight when you get older, and it could give you heart disease by clogging up your arteries (this doesn't just happen to fat people) Anyway, you WILL eventually end up very unhealthy if you carry on like this!. It's good that you have noticed that you are eating unhealthily, and want to change your diet while you are young!. Hope you take my advice, good luck!

Start eating healther, fruit etc and cutting down the junk!. Do it one step at a time!. I reckon it will be hard to cut it out altogether at firstWww@Answer-Health@Com
