Lactose intolerant?
hallo.
i've figured that i can't consume any dairy product that contains lactose without having reactions of what a lactose intolerant person might have.
i want to know if i'm actually lactose intolerant. i used to drink milk before, but now, i can't. my parents never were lactose intolerant. does that make me one?

I don't know the answer, but I could have written this question. Same boat! It's so weird for me...I used to drink alot of milk, eat ice cream, cheese, anything dairy didn't bother me. Now I can eat only hard cheeses in moderation. The slightest bit of milk or ice cream has me doubled over in pain.
