Can I loose weight doing this....?!


Question: Can I loose weight doing this!.!.!.!.!?
Just by watching what I eat and doing at home exercises!.!. Only realistic answers please!. I have some serious weight to loose like 80 lbs!.

I'm thinking about getting a tredmill!. Does this work if I want to loose weight specially in my belly area!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Of course you can! Weight loss will occur so long as you put more energy out of your body through exercise then you put in through food!. It's a physical LAW!. It's all about calories- whatever anyone tells you about fad diets that cut out random foods is pointless!. Eat what you want, just minimize calories!. I did this and lost 35 lbs!. It will work because it HAS to!. You cannot put more energy out of your body than you have in!. That energy has to come from some where, so if you eat less, it WILL come from fat!.

The treadmill is an excellent idea, as running and walking are really great ways to speed up the amount of energy you put out!. However, you can't target fat loss (and don't let anyone tell you otherwise!) When you lose weight, you lose it from your whole body!. You're liver tells the body to start breaking down excess glucose in all the fat cells!. However, doing sit-ups will tone the area and make it more muscular, so once the fat does fly off you it will be nice and firm!.

Remember calories are everything!

And plus, the heavier you are the more quickly you will lose weight, because a heavy body needs more energy to do things!. Aim to lose about 2-4 lbs a week!. Be healthy, drink lots of water!. Just keep moving!. take the stairs instaed of the elevator, walk to work etc!. It really is feasible I'm not giving you false hope it works because it has too!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat healthy!. consume a little more protein (meat) than usual!. Drink a lot of water!. Cut out all carbonated beverages, Coke, that stuff!. Water is the best drink for you!. It cleans out bodily toxins!. Eat fruit daily, and veggies of course, fruit just tastes better haha!. but vegetables are important too!.Work out helps but losing weight is about your body fat percentage!. Eating healthy is the main thing, then work out!. Two strengths when combined, result in that figure your looking for!. When you work out don't do the same routine work out everyday!. alternate between 3 days and do different things each of the three days!. like Monday do crunches, Tuesday sit ups, Wednesday go for a run!. then Thursday go back to crunches!. You can do more than one thing a day certainly but don't do the exact same workout everyday!. Your body gets use to it!. Mix things up!. Eat a healthy breakfast!. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day!. It gets you going!. Eggs, bacon, milk, orange juice!. that sort of thing are a good morning start to BREAK the FAST from the dinner meal until the morning!. Just combine eating healthy with work out and you should see results in the first few days!.

Any improvement to your diet and exercise should result in losing some weight!. Don't try to do too much too soon because you might give up too easily!.

But sadly, when you do start to lose weight you can't control where it comes from!. So your belly may not get a lot smaller right away!. Just stick with it and try to be a little better each week - i!.e!. more exercise than the week before or cut out one more bad food etc!.

what i've found works, is whenever (during mid-day) I'm hungry and want a snack, drink a bottle of water!. It'll quench your hunger, plus it's good for you (somehow :-)!.
Don't eat less!. Just eat more healthfully!. Starving yourself is not healthy!.
I go both to the gym and go on walks some evening!. Just make sure when you walk not to go on really slow walks (it won't count as exercise) Pick up your pace!Www@Answer-Health@Com

As long as you stick to your diet plan and keep up the exercise, you'll probably do great!.!.!. I'd also add some resistance training which is pretty easy to find equipment for (ie!. rubber tubing, dumbbells), because that would help you build a bit of muscle, which burns fat even when you aren't exercising!.

I walk on my tredmill every day, and i love it!. I have dropped 3 pants sizes, and my energy level is up!. It has only been 4 weeks since i stared!. A low fat diet and walking 30-40 min a day is a wonderful way to loss belly fatWww@Answer-Health@Com

Of course it will work but I would suggest running outside as opposed to a treadmill!.!.!.!.!.!.for one its free and you benefit more its acutally harder running outside than on a treadmill!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.also try crossfit!.com!.!.!.!.!.eat 6 small meals a day (fist size portions) eat clean, drink 8 glasses of water!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes you can for sure!! Yes a treadmill will help to reduce bodyfat in belly area!. You cannot spot reduce fat cardio is the only way to lose fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
