Does anybody know a really good work out for my thighs?

i seriously need to work on my thighs!
any good work outs?


Answers:

leg extentions 3s 8-20 reps
superset with (immedietly go to next excercise without rest)
squats 3s 8-20 reps
then after that do
leg curls 8-20 reps
lunges 8-20 reps

lower reps builds more muscle then higher reps which burn more fat and tone the muscle
