You need to change your diet to get rid of the flab!. You can't control from where the fat leaves!. You may lose weight in your face, back, arms, etc!. first, but eventually the fat will come off your abdomen!.

Also, you need to exercise!. You can spot tone, working out your abs, but really the best is to just work out everything!.
