A teenage girl and health...?!


Question: A teenage girl and health!.!.!.!?
is it alright if a teen girl (age range: 14-15), to only have ate a sliece of pizza, by 1:00!. And not be that hungery, but she has drunk alot of drink!.
Is that ok, for MONDAY'S-FRIDAY'S, and on the weekend she eats very well!.!? By ok, I mean health wise!!!

Not at all, infact you hurt your metabolism and ruin your chances of losing weight in the future if you have to!. I would tell you to eat 6 meals a day but I assume you are in school in the school year and it is quite hard to do so!. it is good that you drink alot however It should be water and only water, strive to drink a gallon of it a day, In fact I have a gallon sitting next to me actually!. eating 1 time a day is how morbidly obese people get that way!. you need to eat more times a day with smaller portion sized meals!. a portion is the size of your fist!. strive to eat equal potions or carbs and fat, and have more protein in each meal!. try if you can to eat 6 small meals a day even if it means a peice of beef jerkey or some peanuts!. don't settle for vending food machine or school food, you need real stuff!. go and make the healthy food for her and she will appreciate it in the long run!.

I'm not a health expert but I don't believe you could class that as a healthy diet!.
Eating properly on 2 days out of 7 is not a balanced way of eating!.

A slice of pizza and lots to drink does not contain the bodies basic needs of various nutrients and vitamins!.

Eat a small bowl of cereal for breakfast topped with plain yogurt if you don't like milk!.

Have at least two pieces of fruit (this can include dried fruits)
during lunch (portions do not have to be large a small apple and 2or 3 dried apricots that type of thing)

Main meal at night have at least two different types of veg and finish with another piece of fruit!.

other elements to eat include some meat every other day (or soya protein) some bread or potatoes!. plenty of water to drink!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

To have ultimate health you need to be eating 3-5 balanced meals every day!. Only eating once a day will cause your metabolism to have highs and lows which could cause you to binge on food at some points!.

Ideally experts want you to eat 5 times a day but this is hard for students!. Try to eat at least 3 times a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and maybe fit in a snack between school and dinner!. Pizza can be a healthy meal (usually complete if you have the right toppings)!. I wouldn't suggest eating it every day though!. You need variety to have complete nutrition!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
