Question: I love to eat but lose weight what do i do!?
i do exercises after breakfast and after lunch ,but i always get hungry and mess up my diet plan i work out like all day but i always eat something fordinner that i wasn't suppose toWww@Answer-Health@Com

You don't need to stop eating what you like to eat!. You just need to modify it!. If you are working out as much as you say you are, that is a great thing already!. Usually after your work out, you have a 40 min window, when your calories are still burning!. So try to eat after your work out, and eat in moderation!. If you are eating someting you're not supposed to for dinner, such as fries!. Don't eat a whole plate of fries, but lower your intake, by eating only half, and the more you push, the less you'll eat!. Your body is accustomed to eating the way you do, you cannot "cold turkey", you need to slowly start to eat less!. Make sure you are still eating!. Just don't stuff your face!. Be satisfied, not stuffed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm the exact same way!. Except I work out once a day!.
I just can't seem to give up the foods I like!. & won't!. So I just do different workouts everyday for at least 30 mins, or more!.
Ride a bike 1 day
aerobics the next
pilates the next
swim
treadmill
That way you're working every part of your body in different ways!.
That's what I suggest you try!. I've lost 7 pounds so far!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
