Sharp pain when excercising?!


Question: Sharp pain when excercising!?
If you get sharp pains in your lower back and chest, should you continue your workout and get through it or stop!?

I would venture to guess that you are doing too much too soon!. My suggestion would be to walk for 40 minutes/day!. Walking is highly under rated, it's the best exercise for the body!. It tones, tightens & you lose over all inches!. The reason people don't think walking is enough is because they want "really fast weight loss results" weight loss takes time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
