What else to do to tone stomach?!


Question: What else to do to tone stomach!?
i have been doing 10 minutes jogging, stomach crunches everyday!. Also I have been eating sensibly!.
Not sure what else I can do and how long it will take to see a difference!?

10 minutes jogging is a good start, but you will need to get more cardio to really slim down!. Don't push yourself - you can jog for 10 minutes and walk for 20 and see results!. You should aim for 30-45 minutes of cardio 3-5 days/week!. But like I said, that doesn't mean you have to run hard for that whole 45 minutes, in fact that would be detrimental!. Fat burns at a lower heart rate than most people realize, so walking is fine!.

Try walking to warm up for 10 minutes, then do 3 intervals (run hard for 1 minute, walk briskly 2 minutes, repeat)!. Spend your last 11 minutes walking to cool down!. You can also do this on a bike!.

Try pilates instead of regular crunches, you'll see results faster :-)

You should see a real difference within a month!. Don't get discouraged, real results take longer :-)
