I feel so guilty?!


Question: I feel so guilty!?
I used to run 2 miles a day but i since upped it to 4 miles a day usually 1 hour!. But i run everyday and i feel so guilty when I don't run because since its summer the only other thing i can do is sit in front of my computer (unless someone calls me to do something with them) but its not OK to run everyday is it!?!? someone reassure me please!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's very good that you run the way you do, and it's understanding that you feel guilty on the days you don't run considering you do it so often!. Almost all health professionals recommend days of rest though!. It helps your legs and joints heal, but it also gives your heart rest!. Doing so will help it be stronger the next time, and you'll be able to run faster and longer!. Your heart is a muscle just like your biceps and legs!. It really helps with cardiovascular health to rest a couple days per week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're body needs rest!. If you are running everyday, you are putting alot of pressure on your knees, which isn't good over the long period!. It's good to take a break!. It's recommended that you run every other day to help your body rest and heal up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

So you're only options are running or using the computer!? Um no!.!.!.
You can ride your bike, rollerblade, swim, garden, play with pets, draw, read, tennis
These are things that keep me busy when I am out of school!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, it's completley fine to run everyday!.
It's actually really healthy!.

And its kind of sad that all you have to do is either run or go on the computer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Heh heh!. You actually RAN before!. try making a piture on art that says "get up and run!" then save it and put it as your backgroud for your desktop!. so everytime you turn on your computer it would remind you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
