allow yourslef to have treats or youll end up binging and doin more damage
if you do then stop your diet and take each day as it comes think about what you eat before you put it near your mouth and then change one bd eating habbit at a time after you lsit them you can start to change them for life!
dont eat infront of the tv!!!!!!!!!!!

listen to your body learn to tell when its hungry and when it just asking for excess food because that is what you might be use to
dont go hungry it does you no favours the bodt jsut stores fat
trick your mind into thinking this glass of milk is a big vanilla malt
etc.
everytime you eat a nut imagien your scoffin hand full it works you feel way more full
instead of mumbling to your slef
i hate this diet im so bloddy hungry
instead evern if your not say to yourself m that was delicious im sooo full
if you tell your self well enough it will trick the body into thinking your full
our bodies are very good at adapting just take every day as it comes keep your mind away form thinkin about food or you will become obsessed within a few months if you allow yourself teats ,re build your relationship with food you will fele great and those pounds wil fly away
