Question: Would like to lose as much weight as possible by July 4th, by doing it healthy!?
I am going to go and spend the 4th of July w/ my husband!. He is a Marine & in Missouri training, so we are going to go to St!.Louis for the 4th!. I would really like to lose some weight before I go!. I am 5'4" and last time I weighed I was around 195!. I had a baby 5 months ago and have not lost my pregnancy weight!. I have 5 children at home so going to the gym is not really an option, so I would like to know of some good workouts I can do at home also!. I want to do this healthy, no fad diets or miracle weight loss stuff!. I want to keep this weight off for good!. I am finally done having babies!. Please help, I want my Marine to be surprised and proud that I have made a commitment to bettering my life!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Congratulations on the baby! I too have almost no time to hang out in the gym!. Losing a lot of weight is hard when you have no free time!. you said you didn't want to see any fad diets or anything like that so i would recommend at least a low carb diet!. Taking care of all the kids is more than enough exercise ;)!. Lol, After a while you will stop losing weight as rapidly and at that time i would recommend an aid of some sort!. I read about this stuff that works better then that alli stuff and you don't get the nasty treatment effects!. Its called proactol!. I have also found a few articles that might help you out!.

When I had my twins, I weighed about 185!. My dad has been on the low carb diet for a long time!. Since he had great results, I thought I would try it!. I ended up losing 60 lbs! I lost 30 in a month!. All you need to do is limit you carbs to 20g a day for the first couple weeks!. You can eat eggs, meat, cheese, green vegetables and jello!. I didn't even exercise!. Which I think if I did I would have lost more!. Just lower your carb and the lbs will fall!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
