Bloating is getting too far and no one's willing to help me!!?!


Question: Bloating is getting too far and no one's willing to help me!!!?
My stomach bloat has been getting worse and worse!. I keep telling my mom to bring me to the doctor and this is what she said when i asked her !.

1) call your aunty (my aunt told me to change my diet but I'm really really healthy, even my friend's find it freaky for a girl my age)
2) I'll bring you!.!. someday
3) It's just FAT

I know it isn't fat because early morning, my stomach isn't that big but after lunch and all, it's huge! LIke this (seriously, no kidding)

I don't think it's fat because when i suck it in, I can see my old ab lines and it isn't flabby or spongy like how fat is!. It's hard and when i pinch it!. There's barely anything (a bit, of course, everyone has to have it but not too mach that i can pull it out)

What should I do!? I realised eating salad makes me bloat for some reaosn and so does drinking water (and sometimes, fruits)

try this, because chances are you are in that puberty stage, the menstrual thing will always play a part in bloating you even when you are not near it- we women hold water more than men do which is why we get heavier quicker and why it is harder to lose weight than men!. I have had a tiny bloat belly myself since I was a teen, always flat prior and my daughter who is now 13 who is a slim size showed me her stomache and said hers bloats and questioned why recently!.

Before you get upset and worried and think something is radically wrong, do this!.!.!.
go into your cabinets and look at the labels for sodium content, canned, frozen, and prepacked foods even cereal, crackers side dishes!. Keep your eye on high sodium foods and avoid them!. The reason is this for example:

A sponge is the same as sodium, you take a dry sponge and pour water on it what happens to that dry sponge!? It expands and gets heavy right!? This is what sodium does inside our bodies, hidden sodium that we don't need- when we drink or consume any fluids, it makes the sodium expand- causing us to bloat, have water weight gain, etc!.
So just watch the sodium even just for a week, continue to drink your water, it is okay!. See what happens- I bet your stomach will go down!.

You also want to make sure you are regular- not constipated or gassed up, that could cause the inflating and bloating too!.

PS: I forgot to add one thing, I remember the doctor telling me that the reason my lower stomach area is solid is because the muscles are still there, which is a good thing because it turns flabby it is harder to rid it, "area between private hairline to just below belly button" and she informed me to do crunches by laying with back flat on the floor with arms to sides, knees bent and you lift your fanny slowly up, then slowly relax, this will work those muscles and also help to shrink that area down flatter!. it does work, I do this a few times a week when I notice it ballooning back up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Happens to my Bf and he has IBS, not alot you can do other than avoid the foods that make you bloat!.

the worst is usually wheat/gluten to cut back or cut out bread!. there is gluten free foods around though!. Also dairy can have a bad effect - its hard on digestion so lacto-free could help and also red meats are har to digest!.

But like I say just keep a food diary and avoid foods that make you bloat!. I honestly recoment a doctors visit though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah this sorta happens to me as well!. but more after i drink or eat a big meal!. so i think its just water retention and the stretching of the stomach!. its all normal!. i found that if i dont eat large proportions at meals, drink more water during the day but in little mouthfuls, and snack on small stuff it doesnt happen a lot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

probably not much ov a help , but ya, its all the fiber in fruit and vegetables im guessin!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

some people are fructose intolerant (the natural sugars found in fruit) - this can cause bloating!.

also other intolerance's and/or food allergies!.

there is also Aerophagia!. This is where people subconsciously swallow air - usually when nervous!.

these are not really too bad - its just a case of finding out what your body does not like and avoiding it!.

however i would highly recommend you see a doctor - there are bowel problems that can lead to bloating!.

irritable bowel syndrome or a blockage in your digestive system can also cause it!.!.!.
