Diet + cardio + weight lifting

Try to consume about 1200 calories a day, do cardio 4-5x a week for 45 minutes to an hour and lift weights 3-4x a week.

I lost 50 pounds doing this. It works, but its not easy, ill tell you that.

Try to keep your meals balanced, and have something to eat every 3 hours, this is very important because it will help from letting your blood sugar go too low. Its when your blood sugar goes low that you start craving all the bad foods like mcdonalds. Drink tons of water. Get a multi vitamin and EFA's also.

The weight lifting will help you keep most of your muscle so you dont gain the weight back, but you need to understand this is a lifestyle change. You can never go back to the stuff you eat, you may be able to have it every once in a while and not gain it back, but you always have to eat healthy for the rest of your life. You always have to goto the gym and do cardio.
