I want to go for runs on my lunch break but?!

Question: I want to go for runs on my lunch break but!?
we don't have a shower in our building!!! Are there any "lunch time runners" who go for runs at lunch time at their jobs!? What do you do to stay "fresh" so to speak!? lol Are there certain fabrics that you wear that don't absorb odors!?

Please no answers that just say "put on deodorant"!.!.!.I'm not dumb, just curious as to what other people in this situation do! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have the same problem , obviously use deodorant, change clothes including underwear and socks, and use a feminine deodorant spray, and a light fresh body spray (not perfume nothing heavy!) I have never had a problem when I do all this!. Good luck! If you do have a problem try walking very briskly that might help too and it's still very beneficial!Www@Answer-Health@Com

there is sweat wicking material that will take your sweat and pull it outside the cloth so that when you change back into your office attire you won't smell!. Also deodorant and handi-wipes that come in small packages 2 sheets to a package!. You can buy them in bulk at Costco!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe, a good compromise would be to walk with the speed walkers at your office!. I have confidence that you will realize benefits!. I am a runner and will say there is really not a great difference in benefit between speed walking and running!. A walking program should not create a "global pollution" issue in your office!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

join a gym near your workplace, and then during you lunch period go their, then you can shower afterwards in the lockerroomWww@Answer-Health@Com
