Question: Diet help!? Is this healthy and realistic!?
I'm 15, 5 foot 4, and weigh 130 lbs!. I'd like to loose 20 lbs over the next ten weeks!. I put myself on a 1500 calorie a day diet, and 6 days a week I'm going to the gym and burning 500 calories a day!. I'm not sure if I'm burning on the high end or low end of 1500-2000 calories a day based purely on my metabolic rate!. I've had eating disorders in the past so I'm sure my metabolism is a little damaged!. How do I make sure I continue loosing weight!?
Also, today, I only ate 1200 calories and didnt exercise, yesterday I only ate 1350 and i burned 500 thru exercise!. Is that unhealthy, should i be eating more!. I try to hit 1500 but honestly come dinner i realize i have so many calories left, like 600, and im not even that hungry or i would eat!. So!.!.!.basically, any tips or hints!? Is my plan reliable, realistic, and potent!? Is eating short of 1500 calories even though im not hungry gunna hurt my metabolism!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

no hun your fine your a teenager thats just how it works your body and matabolism likes to freak out a lot i know exactly how you feel im 15 and im 5 5 and i eat just about like you do [a little more but i exercize more cuz im a dancer] but no your fine if your not hungry your not hungry!. soon your matabolisms gonna slow down and you wont be able to burn so easily [mine just started slowing down] just give it time usually it slows down right about when you stop growing [2 years after your first period] dont worry about it =]
