Question: Are Kellogg's frosted flakes a healthy option for breakfast!?
i am trying to eat healthy this summer so any other healthy food or any good websites with different food on i would be greatly appreciated

It's got sugar and high fructose corn syrup!. It's not good for you!. There are worse things people eat for breakfast but don't be eating this stuff under the pretense that it is healthy, please!. If you really want to eat a healthy breakfast start suckin' it up and eat oatmeal and fruit!. You know, that can actually taste pretty good too!. There are even other, much healthier cereals!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is healthy, but if you want the healthiest cereal get Fiber One (1 fat gr/0 sugar)!.!.!.and, it tastes good!

Try the Fiber One Diet:
1 bowl of Fiber One cereal 3 x day (breakfast, lunch & dinner) with skim milk (I use fat free Lactaid)
1 tv dinner (400 calories or less) for dinner
Drink 64 ozs water (drink plenty water or the fiber will constipate you)
Exercise 30 minutes each day
