my mum weighs less than me, but shes a size 14/16 im a 12, im a bit taller and she does look bigger than me (even she says so), so how come im heavier???? =[ and i know people say that "muscle is heavier than fat" but im not that muscley....

Ummm .... you're taller for one thing. That makes a huge difference. I am tall ~ 5'11" ~ and even when I am thin I weigh more than many of my friends heavier looking than me! Also, your bone density and muscular make up do have some affect. You don't have to be "muscle-ly" to weigh more. It may just be the way you're made up!
I wouldn't stress on weighing "more" than someone. I would put my energy into taking good care of myself, exercising, and being in good shape so that I am healthy. Comparing yourself to others only disappoints and depresses you. There will always be someone who weighs more or less than you ... who cares ... that can be due to many different factors. Focus on being the best you that you can be and making yourself a better person so that you're truly happy ~ not because you're worried that you weigh more than someone who "looks" fatter than you!
