Question: Bloated Stomach and Diet!?
OK, Here is the situation!.!.!. My arms and legs are very toned!. However, all of my weight goes to my stomach!. No matter what I do, I still have a gut!. Here is my current diet!.!.!. Breakfast, half a wheat bagel with a little peanut butter, a low fat granola bar about 3 hours later, turkey with one slice of cheese and light mayo on whole wheat bread for lunch with some grapes!. Dinner is usually chicken, or some type of meat with a salad, and vegetable!. Snack is a yogurt, and almonds!. I drink 64oz of water a day!. Sometimes more!. I recently stopped drinking beer and wine because I figured it wasn't helping the situation!. I am 118lbs 5'1" Female!. I would like to lose at least 8lbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I also think that you may have an intolerance to wheat that is bloating you out!. Try skipping the bagel and instead have fresh fruit topped with yogurt and keep an eye on your stomach to see if it bloats out a couple of hours later!. Its a good experiment to do!.
